We have a charging station. WhatsApp if needed (65 cents/kWh)

Bicycles

Bicycles can be locked in the courtyard. If needed, please WhatsApp for further information.

Pets

We are pet-friendly. However, if your front door causes damage or "marks," we will have to charge for special cleaning/loss of rent.

Noise

Please be considerate between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Please set radios, televisions, etc., to a reasonable volume.

Ventilation

The apartment must be adequately ventilated, even during the cold season, especially after showering or cooking. This is achieved by opening the windows as briefly as possible but sufficiently (for short bursts of ventilation – please do not leave them open for hours in freezing temperatures).

Trash

Trash cans are located in the silver containers to the left of the building entrance.

(glass either in gray or in the Akazienweg glass container)

Number of People

Our apartments are offered for a maximum of 2 people and are not suitable for children.

We will indicate this when renting, and we ask that you please observe it.

If more than the booked number of people stay in the apartment, they will be charged an additional flat rate of €40 per night per person for all booked nights. Additional people must always be registered.

Parking

Please do not block the garage exits (not even "partially" or "only briefly," etc.).

Parties

Please do not hold events/parties (more than 4 people) without prior consultation.

Pool

The pool is not rented out or advertised (due to, among other things, risk of accidents/liability reasons). In exceptional cases, we permit use during your absence

exclusively at your own risk. If necessary, please contact us via WhatsApp.

We cannot offer "pool holidays" or similar, as we would then be unable to use our garden.

Smoking

Smoking/hookah is only permitted outdoors on the terrace/balcony, in the entrance area, or

in the lounge at the exit in the basement next to the laundry room.

 Failure to comply will result in a €200 cleaning fee plus loss of rent.

Laundry

For stays of 10 days or more, we offer our guests washing machines/dryers in the laundry room in the basement. A drying room is located directly next to the laundry room. If needed, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Attention - User liability for illegal use:

We have already received warnings totaling several hundred euros for illegal downloads/file sharing. We expressly point out that in these cases, we will disclose the perpetrator's data to avoid liability.

"Mining," online gaming, and similar extremely energy-intensive online activities are also strictly prohibited, and we will pass on any costs incurred in the event of non-compliance.

General

Due to escape routes, it is not permitted to store loose shoes, sports equipment, bicycles, etc. in the stairwell (except for shoes in the shoe cabinets in the basement or first floor).

Lounge 1 only (basement):

Floor lamps in the living room - small white remote control for all

Terrace lighting - outside on the right side of the stairs

Lounge 2 only (first floor):

Electric balcony awnings must be retracted in good time in case of wind/thunderstorms (they have already been torn down twice)

Departure / Final Cleaning

Information and a checklist are available two days before departure – but because people often ask beforehand, please note:

The cleaning staff will arrive on the day of departure from 11 a.m.

Place bed linen and used towels in the laundry basket.

The final cleaning includes floors, bathrooms, making the beds, etc.

Any disposal of food, empty bottles, garbage, dishwashing, etc. will be charged additionally based on the time and effort involved.
